After a decade of outfitting in Argentina, Esquel Outfitters has become  one of the best known outfitters in its region. Partly due to the fact we are the only outfitter in Argentina to have complete exclusivity to extensive amounts of blue-ribbon water. With 50 miles of access on the Rio Chubut, and 16 miles of exclusivity on the Rio Gualjaina, we offer more fishing options than anybody else in the Esquel Region.

The Esquel Region was one of the last regions of Argentina to be discovered as a great fishing destination. For that reason, you will still fish waters in solitude, and experience the joy of a relatively unique experience.

Our philosophy has always been to get the best guides of the region,  fish the best waters, and preserve the experience of fishing in Patagonia.  We use ONLY Argentine guides, born and raised in Patagonia,  that speak English, and have at least 10 years of guiding experience.

With so many options in our area, we build each and every itinerary to fit the needs of each client or group of clients. Whether it is fishing the waters of Los Alerces National Park, wilderness float trips, private estancias, or the waters of Rio Pico, we will make sure you are comfortably attended, each and every moment of your trip.

First, and foremost, we want all of our clients to be comfortable, without providing a carbon copy experience. We have tried to avoid using a-typical lodges and non-local guides.  As well, we believe that we are providing you with a complete experience, which includes some of the best fishing in Argentina, but doesn’t stop there.
